A home in Sleepy Lagoon Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rita Giordano, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 501 Juan Anasco Drive to Michael and Dianne Kadish, of Ada, Mich., for $570,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,480 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1998.

Periwinkle Longbeach

Periwinkle 23 Inc. sold the Unit 23 condominium at 7095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nikki and Timothy Spitzer, of New Port Richey, for $540,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $639,000 in 2007.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club

Thomas Murphy, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 303 condominium at 2213 Harbourside Drive to Nancy Chapman, trustee, of Los Angeles, for $455,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2006.

Michael and Catherine Hileman and Stewart and Mary Chafin, of Lenoir City, Tenn., sold their Unit 244 condominium at 3155 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stephanie Kluk, trustee, of Inverness, Ill., for $275,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $92,000 in 1998.
