A home in River Club South tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Susan Palmer, of Bradenton, sold the home at 9951 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Brady Pedler, of Bradenton, for $1.1 million. Built in 1996, it has six bedrooms, nine-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,606 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.16 million in 2008.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch

Robert and Jane Van Bergen, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7753 US Open Loop to Marina Solo, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,131 square feet of living area.

Ronald Ciamaga, of Lewiston, N.Y., sold his home at 7172 Whitemarsh Circle to Michael and Coreen Walther, of Bradenton, for $399,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2012.
