Longbeach on Longboat Key home sells for $1.4 million

A home in Longbeach on Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Diane Moran and Mary Moran, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7100 Longboat Drive E. to Robert Gariepy, of Baldwinsville, N.Y., for $1.4 million. Built in 1957, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,115,000 in 2014.

Conrad Beach

Bradley and Michelle Hoover, of Brentewood, Tenn., sold their home at 344 Firehouse Lane to Jean Cooper, trustee, and Randy Cooper, of Rockford, Ill., for $1 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,171 square feet of living area. 

Lido Surf and Sand

James Vitale, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 806 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to George and Ella Gross, of Bethany Beach, Del., for $639,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,200 in 2008. 

Islander Club of Longboat 

John and Jeanne Fischer and Frank Fischer, trustees, of Chesterfield, Mo., sold the Unit P-2-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carl Pfirrmann, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $615,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area.

Tern at Longbeach Village

Lynette Ramsaran sold the Unit 22 condominium at 7165 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Eric and Terresa Longphee, of Tampa, for $453,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.
