Bird Key Yacht Club toasted to the Lunar New Year Feb. 2.
While the actual holiday isn’t until Feb. 5, more than 100 club members gathered for an evening of celebration Saturday.
The night began with cocktails followed by a lion dance performed by The Wah Lum Kung Fu school. Traditionally, the lion dance is performed in order to bring good luck and prosperity in the new year.
