Donald and Debra Thompson, of Greenville, S.C., sold their home at 16119 Baycross Drive to David and Amy Sessions, of Lakewood Ranch, for $2.35 million. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,348 square feet of living area.

Raymond and Connie Brooks sold their home at 7212 Pasadena Glen to Richard and Diane Ferry, of Lakewood Ranch, for $775,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $752,000 in 2012.

Ervin and Mary Heyde, of Chesterfield, Mo., sold their home at 7430 Edenmore St., to Lloyd and Laura Mitler, of Branford, Conn., for $405,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,869 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2011.
