 A home in Siesta Properties tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nickolas and Tonie Branica, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8230 Sanderling Road to Jeffrey Roberti, trustee, of Sarasota, for $5.4 million. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 6,939 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.5 million in 1997.

RJJM LLC sold the home at 1959 Hibiscus St. to Teresa Schwab and Kenneth Schwab, trustees, of Ozark, Mo., for $1,435,000. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,720 square feet of living area. It  sold for $440,000 in 2019.
