Lido Key home sells for $1.36 million

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Henry and Mary Catherine Rodrigues, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 1190 Westway Drive to Michael Burns and Belenette Belen, trustees, of Mill Valley, Calif., for $1,363,000. Built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,590 square feet of living area. It sold for $925,000 in 2013.

Lido Beach

Kimberly Esser, trustee, of Sylvania, Ohio, sold the home at 223 Tyler Drive to 223 Tyler LLC for $865,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,453 square feet of living area. It sold for $198,500 in 2000.

Longboat Harbour Towers

Cynthia Chambers Park, trustee, of Chapel Hill, N.C., sold the Unit 1007 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marilyn Davol, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $675,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It sold for $255,000 in 1998.

Key Towers South

Lucille Klein, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 8-F condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John Green and Carolyn Johns, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $500,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $270,000 in 1995.

Longboat Key Yacht and Tennis Club

Patricia Kelly, of W. Chester, Pa., sold the Unit I condominium at 4140 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Erion and Kimberly Odricani, of Springfield, Pa., for $408,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It sold for $373,500 in 2011.
