Oyster Bay Estates home sells for $1.95 million

A home in Oyster Bay Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Justin and Jaime Lee, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1207 N. Lake Shore Drive to Dennis Pinna and Jaime Heath, of Sarasota, for $1.95 million. Built in 1972, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,043 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.72 million in 2013.

The Mark Sarasota

Edward Wroble, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1015 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Michael Fitzpatrick III and Emily Ellen Peterson, of Sarasota, for $1.53 million. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,122 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,319,300 in January.

Paul Carreiro and Kimberley Pelyk sold their Unit 906 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Alexander Atlas, of Sarasota, for $1,025,000. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,767 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,090,100 in January.

Larry Lieberman and Lisa Bagwell, of Anna Maria, sold their home at 1019 Osprey Ave. to Michael Powell and Timothy Whaley, of Sarasota, for $1,262,500. Built in 2017, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,489 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.18 million in 2019.

Vladimir Nacev, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 202 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to John Brink, of Sarasota, for $630,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It   sold for $455,000 in 2019.

Michael Zedreck, of Butler, Pa., sold the home at 1904 Mid Ocean Circle to Ryan Hale and Dawn McCarthy-Hale, of Sarasota, for $327,000. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,849 square feet of living area. It   sold for $205,000 in 2009.
