A condominium in Palazzi Al Mare tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Palazzi Al Mare LLC sold the Unit B condominium at 363 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard Machnicki, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3.5 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,397 square feet of living area.

Bird Key

Alan and Nannette Bordenstein, of Nashville, Tenn., sold their home at 439 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to Dennis Smith, of Sarasota, for $3.35 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,583 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.85 million in 2003.

Coquina Beach

Jan Zachariasse and Maryann Sheridan sold their home at 2923 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Francis Trulaske, trustee, of St. Louis, for $3,275,000. Built in 1948, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,325 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $407,500 in 2007.

Lido Acquisitions LLC sold the home at 1155 Center Place to Jennifer and William Fleming, of Sarasota, for $2.15 million. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2017.

Highland Lake Assets LLC sold the home at 6933 Longboat Drive S. to Larry Marion and Leslie Eisenberg, of Longboat Key, for $1,025,000. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,217 square feet of living area.

Corey’s Landing

Gage McNally LLC sold the home at 3575 Mistletoe Lane to Jose and Jennifer Marroig, of Longboat Key, for $950,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,436 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2013.

Villa Di Lancia

Susanne Klingeman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 211 condominium at 2185 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kenneth Paul Jones, trustee, of Tampa, for $950,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,485 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 1999.

Earle Lea Everton and Grace Everton, trustees, of Lakeland, sold the home at 572 Lyons Lane to Gregg and Daleen Simmons, of Sheridan, Wyo., and Carlyn Vigil, of Sun City W., Ariz., for $760,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,381 square feet of living area.

Mark Aronow, of Sarasota, sold his home at 690 Penfield St. to Chris Growcock, of Tampa, for $670,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 2004.

Rita Ungar Moser, of New York City, sold her Unit N-404 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to David and Ingrid Dickinson, of Longboat Key, for $747,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 1990.

Cedars West of Longboat

Peter Trent and Ellen Estelle Lucas, of Fort Mitchell, Ky., sold their Unit 106 condominium at 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Kim Blaha, of Chicago, for $580,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2019.

Gary Morrison and Kimberly Skaff, of Charleston, W.Va., sold their Unit G5-404G condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Crawford and Jennifer Crawford, trustees, of Venice, for $569,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2018.

Charles Godfrey, of Palmetto, sold the Unit G8-406 condominium at 1925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Javier Ruiz Jr. and Stephanie Pangle, of Longboat Key, for $425,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2013.

Josephine Brown, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 762 Jungle Queen Way to Charles Richard and Joyce Holly Bielejeski, of Longboat Key, for $535,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,744 square feet of living area.

Harbour Villa Club at Buccaneer

Eduardo and Nicole Quintana, of Miami, sold their Unit 204 condominium at 615 Dream Island Place to Michael James and Marcia Calleja Matsko, of Milton, Ga., for $533,500. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2014.

Marvin Smith, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 590 Linley St. to Kenneth and Kellie Day, of Fort Valley, Ga., for $510,000. Built in 1945, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $442,000 in 2004.

Whitney Beach

Richard Timmerman and Michelle Phillips-Timmerman, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 326 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to JND Specialty Holdings Ltd. for $445,000. Built in 1971, it has one bedroom, one bath and 936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2018.

Robert and Deborah Lyons, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 128 condominium at 6700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Ulrika Fraley, of Tampa, for $309,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1997.

Riviera of Lido Beach

William and Sharon Saunders, of British Columbia, Canada, sold their Unit 1-A condominium at 131 Garfield Drive to John and Suzanne Watson, of Wexford, Pa., for $400,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2008.

Roger and Beverley Adams, of Essex, England, sold their Unit 125 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Robin Edward and Julie Ann Lowe, of Riverside, Conn., for $365,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $372,000 in 2004.

Lynne Koy, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 4390 Exeter Drive to Robert Marcus and Gina Louise Spillers, of Musella, Ga., for $350,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $116,600 in 2003.

Charles Dinolfo sold the Unit 103 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to Philip Gruppuso, of Longboat Key, for $300,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2015.

Robert and Susan Silver, of Boynton Beach, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 4370 Chatham Drive to Mitchell Jay and Wendy Lynne Winick, of Marietta, Ga., for $280,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2006.

Ann and Charles Coley, of Hendersonville, N.C., sold their Unit 164 condominium at 726 Spanish Drive N. to Andrew and Michelle Tomko, of Brecksville, Ohio, for $280,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2009.
