Pair of Siesta Key properties sell for $3 million

A two-property sale on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Cynthia Scheider, trustee, sold properties at 4105 Shell Road and 4109 Higel Ave. to John and Karen Melk, of Naples, for $3 million. The home at 4105 Shell Road was built in 1938, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 3,905 square feet of living area. It sold for $765,000 in 1998. The home at 4109 Higel Ave. was built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,600 square feet of living area. It sold for $632,700 in 2002.

SARASOTA

Buccaneer Bay

Mirian Johnson sold her home at 7336 Captain Kidd Ave. to Dorothy Elvin Lawrence and Alice Parker Nelson, of Sarasota, for $1.84 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,355 square feet of living area.

Hudson Crossing

Michael and Marsha Svirsky, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 3-D condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Mara Hilderman, of Bainbridge Island, Wash., for $1,575,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,355 square feet of living area. It sold for $900,000 in 2010.

Najjar Construction Inc. sold the home at 1706 Spring Creek Drive to Cecil Lee and Sheila Ann Upshaw, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,575,000. Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,446 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 227 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Edward and Mary Louise Winnick, of Sarasota, for $1,418,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,343 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,072,000 in 2005.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 714 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Michael and Marsha Svirsky, of Sarasota, for $1.4 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It sold for $748,000 in 2000.

Elisabeth and Hans Friedrich Napfel, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1572 Caribbean Drive to John and Lori Liguori, of Freedom, N.H., for $1,304,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,157 square feet of living area.
