Siesta Key property sells for $10.5 million

A multiple property sale in Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey Douglas Roberti, trustee, of Sarasota, sold three properties at 7660, 7712, 711 Sanderling Road to Docket Gold Properties LLC for $10.5 million. The property at 7660 was built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,016 square feet of living area. The property at 7712 was built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 6,480 square feet of living area. The property at 7711 was built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,616 square feet of living area.

SARASOTA

Mark Sarasota

Kenneth and Jennifer Pendery, of West Palm Beach, sold their Unit 1213 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Altom Michael and Jennifer Gore Maglio, of Sarasota, for $1.75 million. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,496 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,724,800 in March.

Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 513 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Axel and Fiona Lohrisch, of Sarasota, for $1,325,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It sold for $900,000 in 2012.

Sapphire Shores

Eugene Walton and Deborah Beacham sold two properties at 4844 Brywill Circle to SRQ House LLC for $1,025,000. The first property was built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,331 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1960, it has one bath and 341 square feet of living area. They sold for $975,000 in 2018.

Peter and Elizabeth Bumpus sold their home at 1616 N. Lake Shore Drive to HB Land Holdings LLC for $810,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,389 square feet of living area.
