A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Katherine Harris, of Sarasota, sold her home at 501 Harbor Point Road to Kevin Glass, Nicole Glass and Jefferey Stevens, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $2.7 million. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 6,125 square feet of living area.

Conrad Beach

Benjamin Robles, of Sarasota, sold his home at 343 Firehouse Lane to Randall and Kori White, of Longboat Key, for $1.3 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,644 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,320,000 in 2018.

Tangerine Bay Club

Stuart and Virginia Peltz, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 219 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas Mink, of Longboat Key, for $1.06 million. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,378 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,124,000 in 2006.

Wilmer and Sally Hergenrader sold their Unit 226 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Joan Kay, of Franklin Lakes, N.J., for $985,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,274 square feet of living area. It sold for $778,000 in 2004.

John Ringling Estates

Shana Proffitt sold the home at 219 N. Polk Drive to Bent Nail Investments LLC for $830,000. Built in 1953, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,884 square feet of living area. It sold for $228,000 in 1995.

Joan Brown, trustee, of Bath, Mich., sold the Unit 321 condominium at 2550 Harbourside Drive to Richard and Barbara Selover, of Longboat Key, for $820,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,083 square feet of living area. It sold for $530,000 in 1993.

Arthur Resso and Lurlie Varney-Resso, trustees, sold the Unit 543 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Daniel and Erin Ibele, of Longboat Key, for $653,300. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet of living area. It sold for $55,000 in 2013.

Second Kribs Family Investment LLC sold the Unit 1005 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Edgar and Mary Lou Mooney, of Whitefish Bay, Wis., for $640,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It sold for $57,000 in 1973.

R. Lorenzo Denino, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 203 condominium at 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark Martin, of Brighton, Mich., for $585,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It sold for $590,000 in 2006.

Longboat Key Casa Del Mar

Sandra Lucas and Maxwell Carter, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 11-B condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sherman Moore and Margaret Shea-Moore, of Arnold, Md., for $580,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 756 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,000 in 2018.

Brian Bevel, of Chicago, sold his Unit 407 condominium at 1425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jean and Sara LeFloch, of Longboat Key, for $575,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,374 square feet of living area. It sold for $325,000 in 1999.

Robert McBride, of Louisville, Ky., sold the Unit 601 condominium at 1115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andrew Friesch and Ann Friesch, trustees, of Cedarburg, Wis., for $560,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It  sold for $215,000 in 1990.

Mary Tilton and John Tilton, trustees, of Fennville, Mich., sold the Unit 603 condominium at 1095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Trust No. 1095-603, trustee, for $550,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2002.

Hillstone Homes Ltd. sold the Unit 202 condominium at 1125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Scott Casey and Marielsa Camejo Armas, of Atlanta, for $455,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2007.

Igor and Jennifer Barmash sold their Unit 802 condominium at 802 Bayport Way to Rosemary Kuropat and Susan Slover, of Wainscott, N.Y., for $550,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It sold for $325,000 in 2019.

Lido Regency Condominium Association Inc. sold the Unit 7-F condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Barbara and Richard Lanford, of Richfield, Ohio, for $360,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 981 square feet of living area.

Sherri Coble, trustee, sold the Unit 307-C condominium at 3320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sapphire Consulting LLC for $299,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. It sold for $255,000 in 2014.
