A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lewis and Gayle Tomala, of Geneva, Ill., sold their home at 426 Meadow Lark Drive to MRP Properties Sarasota LLC for $1,335,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,415 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $795,000 in 2000.

Tarawitt Drive

John Bruno and Valentina Valentini, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 676 Tarawitt Drive to Erik and Karen Bergenholtz, of Medford, N.J., for $730,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,940 square feet of living area. It   sold for $370,000 in 2013.

Richard and Lisa Ade sold their Unit 602 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Stephen Rand, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It   sold for $504,500 in 2019.

Stephen Rand sold his Unit 104 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard and Lisa Ade, of Sarasota, for $356,300. Built in 1978, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 900 square feet of living area. It   sold for $317,500 in 2019.

Whitney Beach

Mary Ellen Stevens, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 102 condominium at 6700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brian and Carol Traynor, of Stonybrook, N.Y., for $212,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 702 square feet of living area. It   sold for $168,000 in 2013.
