Main Street condo sells for $2.3 million

A condominium in The Jewel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Aspen Assets LLC sold the Unit 501 condominium at 1301 Main St. to Jim Lampl, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2.3 million. Built in 2016, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,912 square feet of living area. It   sold for $2,195,000 in 2019.

The Pearl

Golden Gate Point Ventures LLC sold the Unit 402 condominium at 609 Golden Gate Point to Thomas Drew and Carolyn Benedict-Drew, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,462 square feet of living area.

John Leonard, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 1155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Duncan and Susan Brown, of Williamstown, Mass., for $1,105,000. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,931 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,156,600 in 2017.

Richard Robb, trustee, and Nancy Cooper Robb, of Boca Grande, sold the Unit 304 condominium at 1155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Robert and Dianne Rottenberg, of Boston, for $1 million. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,810 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.35 million in 2018.

Barbara Port, of Narragansett, R.I., and Peter Arden, of Walpole, Mass., trustees, sold the Unit 1017 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to James and Sally Owen, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It   sold for $313,000 in 1985.

Kenneth and Diane Horn sold their home at 3615 Flores Ave. to Darryl Wizenberg, of Sarasota, for $825,000. Built in 1926, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,889 square feet of living area. It   sold for $350,000 in 2008.

Jacqueline Barron Yeagley and Suzanne Barron, of Bradenton, sold two properties at 1900 Boyce St. to Candice Green, trustee, of Sarasota, for $795,000.
