A condominium in Plaza at Five Points Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charles Young, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 17PHA condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Roy Yates Williamson Jr. and Diane Leigh Johnson, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, and 3,315 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,983,600 in 2006.

William Wood and Lorin Klukas, of Valencia, Spain, sold their home at 1818 N. Lake Shore Drive to David Cohen, of Sarasota, for $2.15 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,968 square feet of living area.

Mark Checcone, of Nokomis, and Sarah Checcone, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1810 N. Lake Shore Drive to Mission Property Partners LLC for $750,000. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,224 square feet of living area. It  sold for $700,000 in 2018.

Michael Kaiser and John Spencer Roberts, of Washington, D.C., sold their home at 1934 Clematis St. to Mitchell Appel and Paul Misiaszek, of Mount Kisco, M.Y., for $1.8 million.
