Lawrence Milas, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 1580 Harbor Cay Lane to Todd Rieke and Elizabeth Rieke, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $4.7 million. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,349 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,045,000 in 1999.

Isamibian LLC sold the home at 232 Bird Key Drive to Charles Githler III, of Sarasota, for $3 million. Built in 1963, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,223 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,637,500 in 2014.
