Lido home sells for $5.2 million

A home in Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Christina Landry, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1336 Westway Drive to William and Janice Farber, of Sarasota, for $5.2 million. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,370 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.15 million in 1999.

Bay Isles

Lawrence Milas, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 1580 Harbor Cay Lane to Todd Rieke and Elizabeth Rieke, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $4.7 million. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,349 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,045,000 in 1999.

Bird Key

Isamibian LLC sold the home at 232 Bird Key Drive to Charles Githler III, of Sarasota, for $3 million. Built in 1963, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,223 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,637,500 in 2014.

Michael Kimball, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 105 Seagull Lane to Lawrence Paul Greenspon and Mary Greenspon, of Sarasota, for Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,509 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.1 million in 2017.

Harbour Court

Laurence Hall and Flinn Dallis sold their home at 2242 Harboru Court Drive to Thomas and Janice Burne, of Longboat Key, for $1,999,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,008 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.3 million in 2015.

Grand Bay

Robert and Francine Shaw sold their Unit 151 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Martin and Barbara Slagowitz, of Longboat Key, for $1.85 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.25 million in 2015.

Li and Lily Qi, of Flushing, N.Y., sold their Unit 392 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Ronald Johnson and Nancy Fogg-Johnson, of Longboat Key, for $1 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It   sold for $640,000 in 1998.

James and Mariana Sequeira, trustees, of E. Providence, R.I., sold the Unit 525 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Edward Drew, of Longboat Key, for $589,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It   sold for $525,000 in 2018.

Tiffany Plaza

Stephen Dull, trustee, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kenneth Patrick Lorton and Mital Pandya, of Longboat Key, for $1,575,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,747 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,375,000 in 2016.

Lido

Real Care USA LLC sold the home at 1173 Morningside Place to John and Kari Rattigan, of Windermere, for $1,175,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,625 square feet of living area. It sold for $690,000 in 2019.

Promenade

HarrisonLBK Properties LLC sold the Unit 1006 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Stanley Russell, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $979,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,135 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 1998.

The Shore

Paul and Janet Medvedo, of Pittsburgh, sold their Unit 308 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph Emanuel and Katharine Scinto, of Fairfield, Conn., for $736,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area.

Key Towers South

Syed Rizvi and Marie Gauthier sold their Unit 10F condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ernest Cicogna and Diane Tapscott, of Capitola, Calif., for $675,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $670,000 in 2012.

Sunset Beach of Longboat Key

Brad and Tracey Bilut, of Geneva, Ill., sold their Unit 1502 condominium at 2109 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Matthew Alexander Cunningham and Shani Hadija-Asha Cunningham, of Longwood, for $645,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,273 square feet of living area. It   sold for $468,500 in 2012.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club

William Hopkins sold his Unit 304 condominium at 2215 Harbourside Drive to Janice Berman and Rainer Krautwald, of Morton Grove, Ill., for $359,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,050 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 1989.

David Brookshire and Mary Susan Lemeiux Brookshire, of Cumming, Ga., sold their Unit 205 condominium at 4380 Exeter Drive to Margaret LaFlamme, of Bradenton, for $332,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It sold for $235,000 in 2018.

Joseph Carta, of Englewood, sold his Unit 301 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kevin Kihnke, of Longboat Key, for $305,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It sold for $130,000 in 2013.

Robinson Family Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 201 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lawrence Larue Price and Katherine Elizabeth Price, of Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 675 square feet of living area. It sold for $269,000 in 2018.

Colony 730 LLC sold the Unit 230-N condominium of the former resort at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Unicorp Acquisitions II LLC for $170,900.
