A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barry and Marcia Seinfeld, of Boca Raton, sold their home at 476 Partridge Circle to Sandi Simpson, of Macon, Ga., for $3.3 million. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,267 square feet of living area. It   sold for $2.6 million in 2017.

Bird Key

Douglas and Sarah Wright, of Sarasota, sold their home at 224 Seagull Lane to Rohit and Joy Kirpalani, of Sarasota, for $3.05 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,414 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,007,100 in 1992.

Michael Bertucci, Personal Representative, of Chicago, sold the home at 494 Partridge Circle to Tod and Cynthia Monchecourt, of Sarasota, for $1.95 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,272 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.7 million in 2003.

George and Priscilla Ann Ploder sold their home at 615 Owl Way to Ploutus LLC for $1.15 million. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,360 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.01 in 2007.

The Water Club at Longboat Key

Theresa Nibi, trustee, of Weston, Mass., sold the Unit 701 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Scott Vincent Dols and Vicki Needham Dols, of Lutz, for $3 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths and 3,400 square feet of living area. It   sold for $2,015,000 in 2016.

Edward Bruce Miller and Ann Miller sold their Unit 906 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to VSage LLC for $1,375,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,665 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.5 million in 2017.

Tuan and Thuy Ha Ngoc, of Lexington, Mass., sold their Unit 308 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Keith Radner and Julie Beth Radner, of Glencoe, Ill., for $1,275,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,965 square feet of living area. It   sold for $975,000 in 2010.

Country Club Shores

537 Yawl Lane Associates LLC sold the home at 537 Yawl Lane to William Kapp and Paula Discher-Kapp, trustees, of Brighton, Mich., for $2,995,000. Built in 2020, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths and 4,213 square feet of living area.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Betty Ewing, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit K-605 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to John Guy Steenrod, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2.6 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It   sold for $2.1 million in 2012.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach

Karl Newkirk, of Sarasota, sold his Unit A-101 condominium at to EPAC Assemblage LLC for $1.85 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.9 million in 2005.

Longboat Key Estates

Miles George Shaw and Mary Anne Niarchos, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 590 Jessmyth Drive to Frederick and Elizabeth Merizon, of Neenah, Wis., for $1.46 million. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,318 square feet of living area. It   sold for $198,500 in 1991.

Lido Beach

Chambers Rentals LLC sold two properties at 145 Cleveland Drive to Steven and Cindy Trumbull, of Estero, for $950,000. The first was built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,084 square feet of living area. The second was built in 1937, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,369 square feet of living area. They   sold for $400,000 in 2011.

Longboat Cove

Semen and Irina Kharif, trustees, sold the Unit 208 condominium at 5481 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Edward and Patricia Zunz, of Longboat Key, for $720,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It   sold for $600,000 in 2013.

Seaplace

David and Patricia Myers, of Williamsville, N.Y., sold their Unit G8-101-B condominium at to Abraham Butz, of Tampa, for $719,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It   sold for $725,000 in 2017.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club

Sanford and Elizabeth Wolf sold their Unit 510 condominium at 510 Bayport Way to William O’Donnell III and Mary Patricia O’Donnell, of Philadelphia, for $680,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It   sold for $331,500 in 2013.

Longbeach Village

Barbara Makuch, of Ontario, Canada, sold her Unit 24 condominium at 7001 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carolyn Hodgson and Lee Allan, of Plymouth, Minn., for $655,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It   sold for $500,000 in 2008.

Club Longboat Beach and Tennis

John and Betsy Perkins sold their Unit 512 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Jane Larson and James and Jennifer Larson, of Kansas City, for $595,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It   sold for $400,000 in 2001.

Elliott and Alice Weinstein, trustees, of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., sold the Unit 303 condominium at 1075 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Denise Schwemmer, of Longboat Key, for $582,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It   sold for $500,000 in 2002.

Windward Bay

Eugene and Lisa Cook, of Greenlawn, N.Y., sold their Unit PH-3 condominium at 4700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kevin and Maura Brennan, of Longboat Key, for $490,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It   sold for $440,000 in 2019.

Steven Anderson and Kim Ferraro, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 206 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Audrey Freeman, of Sarasota, for $480,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It   sold for $485,000 in 2017.

Sydnee Runyon, of Lesage, W.Va., sold her Unit 202 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Margaret Smith, trustee, of San Clemente, Calif., for $400,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It   sold for $325,000 in 2010.

The Mustard Seed Group LLS sold the Unit 2930 condominium at 2930 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gilbert Patrick Bennett III and Gina Patrice Washington, of Tampa, for $470,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,451 square feet of living area. It   sold for $290,000 in 2001.

Kimberly Ann Harris, of Ontario, Canada, sold her Unit 704 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Cecile and Nancy Pharr, of Atlanta, for $450,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It   sold for $300,000 in 2010.

Amy Katz, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 179 condominium at 723 El Centro to Janice Landry, of Longboat Key, for $375,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,069 square feet of living area. It   sold for $350,000 in 2017.

Carolyn Rothman, of Henrico, Va., sold her Unit 188 condominium at 676 El Centro to John Douglas Slevin and Judith Slevin, of Thousand Oaks, Calif., for $318,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,427 square feet of living area. It   sold for $234,000 in 2014.

Cedars East

Joseph Mooney III, trustee, sold the Unit 8 condominium at 802 Evergreen Way to Jill Ball, of Longboat Key, for $316,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living are
