A home in Coral Cove tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kenneth and Lisa Clark, of Largo, sold their home at 7462 Cove Terrace to James Douglas Freeman and Michelle Freeman, of Osprey, for $3.8 million. Built in 2012, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,765 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2,995,000 in 2017.
