Lakewood Ranch High (3-1) defeated Gulf High (0-3) 59-12 on the road.

The Out-of-Door Academy (0-2) lost 55-34 to Bradenton Christian (2-0) on the road (Oct. 8). ODA senior quarterback Tyler Beasley threw for five touchdowns.
