Braden River High (3-3) lost 28-23 to Manatee High (5-0) at home. The Pirates next play Port Charlotte High (5-2) at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 30 at home.

Lakewood Ranch High (4-2) defeated Hollins High (1-6) 34-12 on the road. The Mustangs next play Sarasota High (3-4) at 7 p.m. Oct. 30 at home.

The Out-of-Door Academy (0-4) lost 47-7 to Indian Rocks Christian (4-1) on the road. The Thunder next plays Central Florida Christian Academy (4-1) at 7 p.m. Oct. 30.
