Siesta Key home sells for $5 million

 A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Mette Milland, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3929 Higel Ave. to DSL Florida LLC for $5 million. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 8,381 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2016.
