A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Carl and Svetlana Janglin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1199 Westway Drive to Cougtwins FL LLC for $6,825,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.36 million in 2000.

The Water Club at Longboat Key

Denise Barratt, of N. Yorkshire, United Kingdom, sold her Unit PH1102 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Harmony Three LLC for $3.6 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,435 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.8 million in 2013.

Bird Key

Virginia Rosenhaus and Dominic Fornaro, trustees, and Melissa Fornaro, of Sarasota, sold the home at 635 Mourning Dove Drive to Mark and Lisa Vengroff, of Sarasota, for $3.1 million. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,653 square feet of living area. It   sold for $905,100 in 1997.

Celeste Dos Santos Parks, of Sarasota, sold her home at 548 Blue Jay Place to Colin Wood, of Sarasota, for $1,835,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,699 square feet of living area.

Stephen Rimar and Susan Rimar sold their home at 213 Bird Key Drive to Paul and Deborah Tschirhart, of Sarasota, for $840,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,211 square feet of living area. It   sold for $415,000 in 2001.

LH-NP-STRAT Delaware LLC sold the home at 343 Bobwhite Way to Scott David Matthews and Georgene Giger Matthews, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,996 square feet of living area. It   sold for $775,000 in 2017.

Grand Bay

Ralph and Claire McLaughlin, trustees, of Parrish, sold the Unit PH2102 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to William Ruppert and Sandra Ruppert, trustees, of University Park, for $2,833,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and 4,074 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,845,000 in 2014.

Bay Isles

Gennifer and Larry Ford, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 1590 Harbor Sound Drive to Sachin and Shelly Kamath, of Ocala, for $2.5 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,274 square feet of living area.

Mark Hale and Sally Jean Hale, trustees, sold the home at 511 Harbor Point Road to Gary and Charleen Gosselin, of Lincoln, R.I., for $2,212,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,779 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.53 million in 2017.

Leslie Thompson, trustee, of Tampa, sold the home at 3281 Bayou Sound to John and Denise Fusselman, of Highlands, N.C., for $1.25 million. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,407 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.5 million in 2005.

Peter and Patricia O’Connor, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3261 Bayou Way to Jeffrey heck and Lydia Heck, of Sarasota, for $590,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,523 square feet of living area. It sold for $750,000 in 2005.

John Ringling Estates

Paul and Katherine Brunelle sold their home at 323 S. Washington Drive to Matthieu Mac Boiteau and Taryn Arnold Boiteau, of Sarasota, for $1.96 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,097 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2011.

Lido Beach

James and Kathleen Lyons, of Sarasota, sold their home at 144 Harrison Drive to Benjamin and Dawn Schwenk, of Arvada, Colo., for $1,297,000. Built in 1933, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,743 square feet of living area. It sold for $599,000 in 2014.

Louis Rehak Jr., of Clarksville, Md., sold his Unit 502 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Kimba I LLC for $1.05 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,410 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,225,000 in 2005.

Robert Gustafson, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 7 condominium at 773 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Heather Dolan, of Sarasota, for $670,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,848 square feet of living area. It sold for $72,500 in 2003.

Laurie and Alan Tarter, of Princeton, N.J., sold their Unit 204 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Ana and Stewart Nelson, of Oldsmar, for $645,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area. It sold for $360,000 in 2011.

Ardeshir Shahmaei and Kimberly Monaco, of Moorestown, N.J., sold their Unit 12-E condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to David Heller, of Amityville, N.Y., for $600,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It   sold for $165,000 in 1981.

Shirley Buckley, of San Antonio, sold her Unit 601 condominium at 1065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Ashley Laschinger, of Johns Creek, Ga., for $565,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It   sold for $655,000 in 2014.

Milton and Stephanie Kruk, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 303 condominium at 1095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald Leone, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $500,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It   sold for $185,000 in 1992.

KHOP LLC sold the Unit 12 condominium at 6925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark Carbone and Sarah Carbone, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $511,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 2005.

Beach Harbor Club

Erika Dine and Marlene Dine, of Bradenton, sold their Unit E403 condominium at 3808 Gulf of Mexico Drive to CM Resort Properties LLC for $465,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,709 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 2002.

Islander Club of Longboat Key

Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 94N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 2301-94 Gulf of Mexico Drive LLC for $411,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 1997.

Lido Harbour

Letia Jean Short, of Sarasota, sold her Unit V-2 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Roger and Sharon Wasson, of Springfield, Mo., for $389,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It sold for $335,000 in 2016.

Darrin Randall Schutt and Mandy Schutt, of Ft. Myers, sold their Unit M2-102C condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Evan Goldman and Brian and Lauren Stahl, of New York City, for $382,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It sold for $354,000 in 2016.

Janice O’Brien-Stein, of Odessa, sold the Unit 301-C condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kathleen Sheehe, of Havre de Grace, Md., for $280,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It sold for $282,500 in 2017.

Carol Plummer, trustee, of Middleville, Mich., sold the Unit 22 condominium at 769 John Ringling Blvd. to Marilee Milroy and Michael Kearns, of Northport, Mich., for $292,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 882 square feet of living area. It sold for $45,000 in 1978.

Viola Angelidis, of Tarpon Springs, sold her Unit 99 condominium at 730 Spanish Drive S. to Kevin Baker, of Longboat Key, for $275,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,255 square feet of living area. It   sold for $185,000 in 2004.

Donald and Nancy Piggot, of Spring Grove, Ill., sold their Unit 13 condominium at 605 Spanish Drive N. to Villa Pangaea LLC for $240,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,374 square feet of living space.

Kathleen Humphrey, trustee, of Town and Country, Mo., sold ownership rights in the now demolished Unit 245-N condominium at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Unicorp Acquisitions II LLC for $170,900.

Peter Kohnstamm, of Pelham, NY., sold ownership rights in the now demolished Unit 232-S condominium at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Unicorp Acquisitions II LLC for $170,900.

George Wehrlin, of Mendham, N.J., sold ownership rights in the now demolished Unit 241-N condominium at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Unicorp Acquisitions II LLC for $85,500. It   sold in 1980 for $65,000.

Robert and Kathleen Kulig, of Sharon, Conn., sold ownership rights in the now demolished  Unit 241-S condominium at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Unicorp Acquisitions II LLC for $85,500. It   sold in 1995 for $55,000.
