A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Margaret MacLeod, of Rome, Ga., sold their home at 1352 Harbor Drive to Scott Finegan and Yvette Finegan, trustees, of Glenview, Ill., for $3 million. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,373 square feet of living area.
