A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Thompson and Lisa Tichenor sold their home at 1405 Flower Drive to Mark Lancaster and Nancy Woodruff, of Sarasota, for $2.4 million. Built in 1953, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2018.

David and M. Joan Hefner, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 1409 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Frank and Anne Mosomillo, of Sarasota, for $960,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It   sold for $460,000 in 2000.

Frank Lofaro Jr. and Ellie Robin Lofaro, trustees, of Reston, Va., sold the Unit 1107 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Jennifer and Shawn Diehl, of Tampa, for $675,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It   sold for $352,000 in 2010.

David Scheiderer and Anne Elizabeth Taylor, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2114 Datura St. to Sandra King, trustee, of Sarasota, for $905,000. Built in 2018, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,908 square feet of living area. It sold for $699,000 in 2018.
