Sleepy Lagoon home sells for $7.5 million

A home in Sleepy Lagoon tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gordon and Margaret Hartman sold their home at 6301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sunset Key LLC for $7.5 million. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,571 square feet of living area. It sold for $5.7 million in 2013.

The Water Club at Longboat Key

Kathleen Jane Grano, of New Vernon, N.J., sold their Unit PH1101 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brandie Lynn Puls, of Tampa, for $3,325,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,460 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,585,000 in 2000.

Ali Alizadeh, of N. Oaks, Minn., sold the Unit 806 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alison Wendy Blackman, of Longboat Key, for $1.31 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,625,000 in 2005.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Mary Jo White, trustee, of Beavercreek, Ohio, sold the Unit K-306 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Douglas and Denise Burnetti, of Lakeland, for $2.9 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,595,000 in 2017.

Country Club Shores

Jeffrey and Patricia Pikel, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., sold their home at 560 Wedge Lane to Carl James Fangue and Ann Laurie Trahan Fangue, of Orlando, for $1,615,900. Built in 2018, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,279 square feet of living area. It sold for $690,000 in 2017.

Longboat Shores

Richard and Margaret Christman, of Milton, Ga., sold their home at 700 Longview Drive to William Edward Heichel and Florence Lorraine Heichel, of Gotha, for $1,082,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,516 square feet of living area. It   sold for $910,000 in 2008.

The Privateer South

Larysa Christina Domino, trustee, of Hinsdale, Ill., sold the Unit 804 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Mindy and Gene Printz-Kopelson, of Longboat Key, for $650,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It sold for $665,000 in 2007.

Inn on the Beach

Ruth Rankin, trustee, sold the Unit 2203 condominium at 210 Sands Point Road to David and Linda Weiler, of Longboat Key, for $550,000. Built in 1982, it has one bedroom, one bath and 655 square feet of living area. It sold for $151,500 in 1983.

Fairway Bay

Gary Moskovitz, trustee, of Tampa, sold the Unit 1003 condominium at 1920 Harbourside Drive to Darek and Diane Willmann, of Longboat Key, for $380,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,590 square feet of living area. It   sold for $172,000 in 1990.

Silver Sands

Seashore Value Rentals LLC sold the Unit 254 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joanne and Chris Pilgrim, of Chicago, for $365,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 520 square feet of living area. It   sold for $350,000 in 2018.

Colony Beach & Tennis Resort

James Tolbert, Jeffrey Tolbert and Janice Hammersley, trsutees, of La Grange, Ill., sold the Unit 222-N condominium to Unicorp Acquisitions II LLC for $170,900.

Terry Curtis, of Millville, Utah, sold the Unit 103-N condominium to Unicorp Acquisitions II LLC for $170,900.
