A two-property sale in White Beach Fruit Co. tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. S. Marce Fuller and Lee de Ovies, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 7340 Point of Rocks Road to Sea Bear LLC for $3.8 million. The first property was built in 1936, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 4,268 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1964, it has one bath and 408 square feet of living area. They  sold for $1,775,000 in 2001.

Richard Mastria Jr. and Michele Scaife, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 24B condominium at 796 Sarabay Road to Mark and Paula Bobak, of St. Louis, for $380,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It  sold for $225,000 in 2000.

Bay Oaks Estates

Diocese of Venice in Florida Inc. sold the home at 554 Pine Ranch E. Road to Artem and Olga Koronkevitch, of Louisville, Kentucky, for $375,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,064 square feet of living area. It  sold for $200,000 in 2001.

Casey Key

Peter Van Andel, of Nokomis, sold his home at 710 Casey Key Road to Nancy Brougher, of Nokomis, for $2.15 million. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,534 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,399,500 in 2014.

Seagrape Point

Jon and Diane Gillespie, of Huntsville, Ohio, sold their home at 1156 Sea Grape Point Road to Robert & Susan Lang Enterprises LLC for $1.41 million. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.2 million in 2017.

Carol Elliott sold her home at 2092 Tocobaga Lane to Eva Metro, of Alton Bay, New Hampshire, for $453,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,095 square feet of living area. It  sold for $400,000 in 2006.
