Guy Elliott and Noemi Szilvia, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6675 Peacock Road to John Morgan Hodges and Lisa Hodges, of Sarasota, for $4.45 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,271 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.95 million in 2003.
