A home on Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Timothy Mayleben, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 5050 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carolyn Feldsine, trustee, for $9.1 million. Built in 2016, it has five bedrooms, five-and-three-half baths, a pool and 7,578 square feet of living area. It sold for $7 million in 2018.

Country Club Shores

St Resi Sarasota LLC sold the home at 600 Wedge Lane to Diane Dello Russo, of Longwood, for $7.5 million. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,338 square feet of living area.

Bird Key

Paul and Aida Gilroy, of Sarasota, sold their home at 491 Partridge Circle to Mark and Katie Padgett, of Sanibel, for $2.9 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,535 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Longbeach

Tyler Wheeler, of Deep River, Connecticut, sold his home at 590 Hibiscus Way to Adela 117 LLC for $1,695,000. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,232 square feet of living area. It sold for $1 million in 2020.

Grand Bay

MGA Homes Ltd. sold the Unit 182 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Stephen and Ashley Vice, of Longboat Key, for $1,425,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.1 million in 2008.

Edward Webber, trustee, of Dallastown, Pennsylvania, sold the Unit 285 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to C. Joseph and Diane Collins, of Longboat Key, for $1.4 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It sold for $875,000 in 2018.

MGA Homes Ltd. sold the Unit 132 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Leonard and Tina Scavron, of Longboat Key, for $975,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It sold for $700,000 in 2012.

Thomas and Catherine D’Aulizio sold their Unit 642 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Douglas Burke and Tyhmara Morris, of Lakewood, Colorado, for $670,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It sold for $475,000 in 2011.

Kenneth Sternberg, of Waynesboro, Virginia, sold his Unit 603 condominium at 1125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Premium Real Estate Partners LLC for $1,199,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It sold for $625,000 in 2011.

Longbeach Village

James and Cathleen Dunlop sold their Unit 23 condominium at 7105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Patricia Garvey, of Woburn, Massachusetts, for $880,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It sold for $356,000 in 2010.

Longbeach Revised

Jo Anne Kirk sold her home at 751 Fox St. to Konstantine Lashauri and Violetta Lashauri, of Longboat Key, for $685,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,276 square feet of living area. It sold for $180,300 in 2011.

Wayne and Carol Burgess, of Bradenton, sold their home at 730 Fox St. to Thomas and Paula Flaherty, of Longboat Key, for $575,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,050 square feet of living area. It sold for $363,000 in 2014.

Lido Harbour Towers

Donald and Stephanie Cone, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to CMT Holdings Corp. for $650,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,168 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,000 in 2020.

Tamarack Property Management LC sold the Unit G6-107 condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William Warren Trakas and Sue Trakas, of Longboat Key, for $650,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It sold for $325,000 in 2014.

The Dock on the Bay

Kevin Kistler, of Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, sold his Unit 19 condominium at 3440 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brian Robert Chipman, of Manitoba, Canada, for $614,500. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,443 square feet of living area. It sold for $574,700 in 2004.

Nancy and Robert Morrow, of Ellicott City, Maryland, sold their Unit 105 condominium at 4320 Falmouth Drive to Michael Sailor, of Aspen, Colorado, for $474,900. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 667 square feet of living area. It sold for $340,000 in 2018.

Gregg Eric Lassen, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 106 condominium at 4380 Exeter Drive to Linda Bertone, trustee, of Newburyport, Massachusetts, for $430,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,168 square feet of living area. It sold for $186,300 in March.

Frank Zanlungo, of Wayne, Michigan, sold his Unit 203 condominium at 2100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Turtle Patrol LLC for $385,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, two baths and 778 square feet of living area. It sold for $46,000 in 1988.

Louise Sabotin, of Durham, North Carolina, sold the Unit 163 condominium at 718 Spanish Drive N. to Bennett and Katherine Struzenberg, of Greeley, Colorado, for $382,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,327 square feet of living area. It sold for $339,000 in 2006.

John Behrend and Melissa Larson Behrend, of Clayton, Missouri, sold their Unit 6-V-11 condominium at 4770 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jerry Lee Holston Jr. and Mary Ann Holston, of Longboat Key, for $375,000.
