A condominium in En Provence tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David Sudjian, trustee, of Media, Pennsylvania, sold the Unit 4 condominium at 2151 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judy Klipsch, trustee, of Orlando, for $3.75 million. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,800 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,689,800 in 2010.

The Beach Residences

Frank and Jewel, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 804 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Gregory Holmes, of Sarasota, for $3,625,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.17 million in 2005.

Bay Isles

Richard and Christina Meyers, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 531 Harbor Cay Drive to Thomas Simonian, trustee, of Geneva, Illinois, for $3.6 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,302 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,395,000 in 2003.

Donald and Agnes Peterson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3471 Bayou Sound to David and Mary Scheible, of Atlanta, for $2.7 million. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,362 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.3 million in 2019.

Kenneth and Hagar Levine, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, sold their Unit B1003 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Janet Carol Mahler, of Sarasota, for $2.95 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,936 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,825,000 in 2012.

Lesley Willis, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 132 condominium at 2410 Harbourside Drive to Irwin and Judith Elson, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, for $1,695,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,382 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,125,000 in 2010.

Sypleon LLC sold the Unit 604 condominium at 1145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sue Challinor and Matthew Teplitz, of Pittsburgh, for $1.6 million. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It   sold for $304,300 in 2012.

Athanasios Lagopoulos and Marie Christine Lagopoulos, of Sarasota, sold their home at 519 Rountree Drive to IGD 519 LLC for $1.25 million. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,325 square feet of living area. It sold for $84,000 in 1979.

Lido Beach

Christina Michael, trustee, of Alexandria, Virginia, sold the home at 119 McKinley Drive to 119 McKinley LLC for $1.2 million. Built in 1933, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,094 square feet of living area. It   sold for $45,000 in 1982.

Grand Bay

Anatoly Temkin and Alla Barskaya, of Dennis, Massachusetts, sold their Unit 611 condominium at 3070 Grand bay Blvd. to Faith, of W. Covina, California, for $850,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It sold for $610,000 in January.

Derek and Sissela Bok, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, sold their Unit 71-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Deborah Jean Thomson, trustee, of Minneapolis, for $849,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It sold for $655,000 in 2002.

Sandra and Charles Mcauley, trustees, of Noblesville, Idaho, sold the Unit G5-103-C condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Herma Perez, of Ridgewood, New Jersey, for $699,900. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 933 square feet of living area. It   sold for $340,000 in 2019.

Vilma Del Pup, trustee, of Rochester, Michigan, sold the Unit G6-311-B condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Tamarack Property Management LC for $619,500. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It   sold for $770,000 in 2006.

William Warren Trakas and Sue Trakas, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit G3-108-C condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Giancola and Kathryn Joan Giancola, of Cincinnati, for $580,00. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It   sold for $254,000 in 2014.

Nancy Jean Moore, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit G2-214-E condominium at 2055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jolanta Mermel and Roman Shaakov, of Park Ridge, Illinois, for $425,000. Built in 1974, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,094 square feet of living area. It   sold for $265,000 in 2019.

Barry Karafin, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 1301 condominium at 2165 Harbourside Drive to John and Mara Lavoice, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, for $650,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,219 square feet of living area. It   sold for $275,000 in 1998.

Rosemary Kuropat and Susan Slover sold their Unit 802 condominium at 802 Bayport Way to Stephen Marshall and Michelle Missry, of Ardsley, New York, for $640,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It   sold for $550,000 in 2020.

Hadrian Rori, of W. Bloomfield, Michigan, sold his Unit 101 condominium at 4430 Exeter Drive to Andreas Johannes Gutzeit and Kakali Banerjee, of Longboat Key, for $601,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,168 square feet of living area. It   sold for $290,100 in 2020.

KDGJW LLC sold the Unit 9A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Amelia McAllister, of Woodstock, Maryland, for $515,300. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2017.

William James Quinn Jr. and Kimberly Daily-Quinn and Virginia Daily, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 31 condominium at 763 John Ringling Blvd. to Debra Atkins, trustee, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet of living area. It   sold for $449,000 in 2006.

Susan Moore, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 206 condominium at 751 Spanish Drive S. to Gordon and Susan Woody, of Annapolis, Maryland, for $385,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It   sold for $260,000 in 2015.

Carole and Dennis Kelly, of Hamilton, New York, sold their Unit 207-C condominium at 3320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Maggie Godoy Rivas and Roberto Rivas, trustees, of Miami, for $379,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2018.
