A home in White Beach Fruit Co. tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Isobel Mary Cleland sold her home at 7360 Point of Rocks Road to Point of Rocks LLC for $4.85 million. Built in 1946, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,971 square feet of living area. It  sold for $3.9 million in 2016.

Yadira Gonzalez-Mendez, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5179 Flicker Field Circle to Kenneth and Dawn Drost, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,135 square feet of living area. It  sold for $758,000 in 2019.
