 A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Melissa Durbin Welch sold her home at 814 N. Casey Key Road to Darrel Flanel, trustee, of Osprey, for $6.25 million. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, two pools and 6,552 square feet of living area.

Paul Felix and Georgetta Felix, trustees, of Alamo, Calif., sold the home at 430 Givens St. to Evan James Freely and Cynthia Ann Freely, of Wall Township, N.J., for $1.6 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,768 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,245,000 in 2017.

Siesta Isles

Karen MacLellan, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5207 Cape Leyte Drive to Robert and Renee Barnes, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,269 square feet of living area. It sold for $616,000 in 2010.
