Lido Key condo sells for $4.8 million

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott Moore, trustee, and Gayla Moore, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1203 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Jewel Benson, trustee, of Columbus, Ohio, for $4.8 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,872 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.3 million in 2017.

Lighthouse Point

Thomas and Shana DiNapoli, of Sarasota, sold their home at 35 Lighthouse Point Drive to Robert and Marie DeSantis, of Longboat Key, for $3.3 million. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,430 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores

Gregg Kaplan and Barbara Kaplan, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 524 Schooner Lane to Lary and Virginia Lindsey, of Longboat Key, for $2.3 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,438 square feet of living area.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club

Dominic Zaccone II, trustee, and Elizabeth Zaccone, of Sarasota, sold the Unit C-107 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Terrance and Kimberly Schneider, of Pewaukee, Wis., for $2.18 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 2018.

Sleepy Lagoon Park

Allan and Kathleen Brockett, of Port Saint Lucie, sold their home at 760 Marbury Lane to Richard Funk, of Longboat Key, for $1.65 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,611 square feet of living area. It   sold for $900,000 in 2005.

Gregory Ciccolo and Stephanie Sonnabend, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 586 Lyons Lane to Victoria McCue, trustee, of Malvern, Pa., for $930,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,718 square feet of living area. It   sold for $575,000 in 2013.

Lindsay Ann Wardman, of Sarasota, sold the Unit G5-406-B condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Timothy Hall, of Longboat Key, for $1.45 million. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.1 million in 2015.

Randolph DF LLC sold the Unit 108C condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 5132 Glenn Lakes LLC for $575,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It   sold for $555,000 in 2019.

Grand Bay

Merrill Pinsel Bonder, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 211 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Leonard Wall, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1.4 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It   sold for $925,000 in 2012.

Margaret Schroeder and Sarah Justin, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 522 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to James Kelleher and C. Ellen Kelleher, trustees, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It   sold for $670,000 in 2004.

Conrad Beach

Michela Tao, trustee, of Orlando, sold the home at 383 Firehouse Lane to Catalina Hendrickson, of Longboat Key, for $1.01 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,117 square feet of living area. It   sold for $902,000 in 2015.

John Ringling Estates

Adrienne Kaplan and Judith DeWolfe, of Sarasota, sold their home at 227 Grant Drive to 227 Grant LLC for $850,000. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,656 square feet of living area. It   sold for $650,000 in 2007.

Fairway Bay

Gary Westerberg, trustee, of Wayzata, Minn., sold the Unit 652 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to Paul and Laurie Singer, of Allison Park, Pa., for $800,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It   sold for $520,000 in 1999.

Patricia Wermuth, of Doral, sold her Unit 2001 condominium at 2010 Harbourside Drive to David and Mary Meckley, of Longboat Key, for $745,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,135 square feet of living area. It   sold for $480,000 in 2012.

Thomas and Anna Petri sold their Unit 154 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Patricia and Stephen Szakats, Alexandra Szakats and Adam Ludwig-Butterfield, of New York City, for $440,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It   sold for $399,500 in 2014.

Hamish and Leslie Kerr, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 352 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Christopher John Wells, of Longboat Key, for $430,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It   sold for $430,000 in 2018.

Samuel Nickols, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 11-E condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Debra Cleveland, of Geneva, N.Y., for $800,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,507 square feet of living area. It   sold for $550,000 in 2012.

St. Armands Towers

Olof Franzon, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 33 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Farhad Ghannadian and Joni Jones Ghannadian, of Tampa, for $715,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It   sold for $190,000 in 2020.

Mary Ann and Ted Simon, of Sarasota, sold their Unit B-106 condominium at 565 Sanctuary Drive to Peter and Betsy Farrell, of Longboat Key, for $700,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It   sold for $405,000 in 1999.

Donald Henry Barth and Cindy Jeanette Hastings, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 735 Saint Judes Drive S. to Luis Castillo and Olga Ma French-Castillo, of Lithia, for $650,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area.

Michael Moore and Alison Margaret Holmes Moore, of Redondo Beach, Calif., sold their Unit 606 condominium at 606 Bayport Way to Benjamin Franklin Johnson VI and Sharon Marie Johnson, of Longboat Key, for $635,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,809 square feet of living area. It   sold for $270,700 in 2000.

Lisa Robinson and Lori Mistretta sold their Unit 821 condominium at 821 Bayport Way to James and Cynthia Truitt, of Auburndale, for $456,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It   sold for $400,000 in 2002.

Longboat Harbour Towers

Glenn Goodner, Deborah Rudd and Michael Goodner, trustees, of Chattanooga, Tenn., sold the Unit 101 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Genevieve and Thomas Potthast, of Windemere, for $595,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It   sold for $427,500 in 2001.

Susan Silverman, of Murrysville, Pa., sold the Unit 502 condominium at 1125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nancy Niekro, trustee, of Lakeland, for $494,700. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It   sold for $212,000 in 1984.

Annarita Santiago, of River Forest, Ill., sold her Unit 203 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dominick Bracero and Gloria Gulle, of Lithia, for $457,900. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It   sold for $390,000 in 2001.

Longboat Harbour

James Adams and Marie Courtney, of Palmetto, sold their Unit 303 condominium at 4340 Falmouth Drive to Robert and Lisa Berlin, of Ponte Vedra Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area. It   sold for $269,000 in 2015.

Rita Mood, of Queens Village, N.Y., sold her Unit 103 condominium at 4310 Falmouth Drive to Mojgan Karimi and Fardin Nematollahi, of Clifton, Va., for $310,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area. It   sold for $99,000 in 1989.

Kylido LLC sold the Unit 503 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Clark Headrick and Eileen Foley, of Sarasota, for $310,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 813 square feet of living area. It   sold for $289,000 in 2015.

Sands Point

Vincent Cavallo, of Lancaster, Pa., sold the Unit 325 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Daniel Cavallo, of Windermere, for $300,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It   sold for $107,500 in 1986.

Beach Harbor Club

Paul DuBois, trustee, of Bayside, N.Y., sold the Unit C-303 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andrew and Joan Lund, of Des Plaines, Ill., for $245,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,046 square feet of living area. It sold for $185,000 in 2012.
