A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott Moore, trustee, and Gayla Moore, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1203 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Jewel Benson, trustee, of Columbus, Ohio, for $4.8 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,872 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.3 million in 2017.
Lighthouse Point
Thomas and Shana DiNapoli, of Sarasota, sold their home at 35 Lighthouse Point Drive to Robert and Marie DeSantis, of Longboat Key, for $3.3 million. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,430 square feet of living area.
Country Club Shores
Gregg Kaplan and Barbara Kaplan, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 524 Schooner Lane to Lary and Virginia Lindsey, of Longboat Key, for $2.3 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,438 square feet of living area.

Dominic Zaccone II, trustee, and Elizabeth Zaccone, of Sarasota, sold the Unit C-107 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Terrance and Kimberly Schneider, of Pewaukee, Wis., for $2.18 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 2018.

Adrienne Kaplan and Judith DeWolfe, of Sarasota, sold their home at 227 Grant Drive to 227 Grant LLC for $850,000. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,656 square feet of living area. It sold for $650,000 in 2007.
