Most people would quickly answer, “No, of course not!” with a tone of absurdity at the question itself, since everybody knows that life is filled with opportunities to pursue happiness. Not another thought would be spent on this question; instead, their energy would be focused on places to go, people to see! They are blissfully unaware that some people are considering their answer to be, “maybe there is an expiration date on happiness.”

These people had accomplishing careers, raised their families, proudly witnessed next generations bearing their family name, designed and lived in their dream homes, travelled the world, and supported their community through service and philanthropy. They are also being invited to milestone birthday parties and now hearing about their friends moving into senior living communities. Thoughts about their happiness – which has been weaved into a beautiful tapestry over the years – are now in need of protection.

Fortunately, their friends reserved a residence at Grand Living, which offers First Class HappinessTM!  They shared how seasoned professionals listened to them say, “just looking,” and knew that they really meant, “will I be happy?” As they toured, they saw amenities you’d find in a luxury resort and they met residents who looked like credible peers boasting about their “best decision.” They also felt something special from the people working there; they were happy, too! In fact, a few mentioned it was their dream job.

Since Grand Living is in our community, there is no reason for anyone in Lakewood Ranch to ever answer NO to the question. There is no expiration date on happiness when you move to Grand Living! The seasoned professionals who guide people in their decision making often hear, “I knew it would be good, but I didn’t know how happy I’d be.” Their energy is focused on places to go and people to see. They are able to embrace the same lifestyle they’ve always enjoyed – but now everything is offered under one roof.  New friendships are formed, and as they meet up for dinner or sit on the front porch, you can see the groups chatting and laughing, blissfully aware of their happiness.
