Lido home sells for $10.6 million

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Nancy Morgan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 139 S. Washington Drive to Vicki James, trustee, of Auburn, Ind., for $10.6 million. Built in 1936, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,817 square feet of living area. It sold for $3 million in 2003.

Sleepy Lagoon

Mary Ellen MacIsaac, of Greeneville, Tenn., sold the home at 6529 Gulfside Road to Jeff Nalin and Karmen Kamla, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $3.45 million. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 4,524 square feet of living area. It sold for $775,000 in 1992.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Thomas Foley, of Tavares, sold his Unit A-501 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Michael Brookshire and Temple Brookshire, trustees, of Chattanooga, Tenn., for $3.2 million. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.9 million in 2010.

Villa Di Lancia

Robert Balit sold the Unit 245 condominium at 2185 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Laurie West, trustee, of Windemere, for $2.1 million. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,448 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,725,000 in 2013.

Bird Key

MRP Properties Sarasota LLC sold the home at 386 Bobwhite Drive to 607 Owl Way LLC for $2.05 million. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,980 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.4 million in 2019.

H. Stuart Erickson, of Curtis, Mich., sold the home at 771 Emerald Harbor Drive to Todd and Dena Gertz, of Roseland, N.J., for $1.75 million. Built in 1978, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,750 square feet of living area. It sold for $485,000 in 1990.

Lido

Louis Cersosimo, trustee, and Lorraine Cersosimo, of Sarasota, sold the home at 350 Morningside Drive to Bryan Moylan and Elizabeth Moylan, of Saunderstown, R.I., for $1,417,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,674 square feet of living area. It  sold for $287,000 in 1997.

Country Club Shores

Mark and Wendy Flannery, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 550 Chippign Lane to Robert and Pamela Metz, of Lake Bluff, Ill., for $1,260,100. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,296 square feet of living area. It   sold for $800,000 in 2009.

Sachin Kamath, of Ocala, sold his home at 551 Yardarm Lane to Coleman and Janice Roach, of Longboat Key, for $1,245,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,716 square feet of living area. It   sold for $592,500 in 2012.

Irene Ross, trustee, and Martin Ross, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3326 Sabal Cove Lane to Brett Wilson and Kimberley Wilson, trustees, of Flower Mound, Texas, for $1.16 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,698 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.48 million in 2003.

Michele Thiel, of Glencoe, Mo., sold the home at 3305 Sabal Cove Circle to Judith Mitchell and Bethany Buck, of Fairfield, Conn., for $938,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,881 square feet of living area. It   sold for $599,000 in 1998.

Stuart Salenger, of New York City, sold his Unit G6-411-B condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to MBD Realty LLC for $1,121,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It   sold for $230,000 in 1986.

Beachplace

Konrad and Kay Marine, of Wayzata, Minn., sold their Unit 601 condominium at 1145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Keith and Sharon Poe, of Midlothian, Va., for $995,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It   sold for $420,000 in 1998.

223 Tyler LLC sold the home at 223 Tyler Drive to JTCKEY2 LLC for $950,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,453 square feet of living area. It   sold for $865,000 in 2020.

Howard Groveman and Jacqueline Shiller Groveman, trustees, of Poway, Calif., sold the home at 129 McKinley Drive to Brian Wien, of Blue Bell, Pa., for $800,000. Built in 1933, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,672 square feet of living area. It   sold for $750,000 in 2017.

Regina D’Angelo, of Elizabeth, Maine, sold her home at 445 N. Shore Road to Mark and Anne Duval, of S. Portland, Maine, for $875,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,738 square feet of living area. It   sold for $450,000 in 2002.

Woodland Rental Properties LLC-Series Tiffany Plaza, sold the Unit 6 condominium at 4140 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Ann Breslin, of Mc Cordsville, Ind., for $418,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. It   sold for $380,000 in 2019.

DCA Beach Properties LLC sold the Unit V-8 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Fraknklin Drive to Richard Witzel and Judith Wanger Witzel, trustees, of St. Louis, for $400,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It   sold for $260,000 in 2012.

Christine Baldwin, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 16B condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Woodland Rental Properties – Series Tiffany Plaza for $350,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It   sold for $260,000 in 2010.
