A home in Siesta Properties Inc. tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter Murphy and Jennifer Aguiar Murphy, of Easton, Mass., sold their home at 1253 N. Basin Lane to Mary Lynn Logli, trustees, of Sarasota, for $3 million. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,464 square feet of living area. It  sold for $975,000 in 2019.

Charles Smith Jr., of Jupiter, and Todd Smith, of New Port Richey, and T. Raymond Suplee, of Sarasota, trustees, sold the Unit 803 condominium at 1233 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Steven Rothbloom, of New York City, for $1.37 million. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,035 square feet of living area. It  sold for $975,000 in 2004.
