A home in Corey’s Landing tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Minakshi Sukumar, trustee, and Prabha Sukumar, of Darnestown, Maryland, sold the home at 3560 Mistletoe Lane to Robert McGee, of Longboat Key, for $3.1 million. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,796 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.3 million in 2008.

Christian and Rosemary Bertelsen sold their home at 5382 Sandham Place to Clyde Thomas and Mary Alice Thomas, of Longboat Key, for $2,825,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,330 square feet of living area.
