Sanctuary condo sells for $3.3 million

A condominium in Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Katz and Barbara Jones, trustees, and Janet Kaplan, of Boston, sold the Unit B-404 condominium at 565 Sanctuary Drive to Daryl Loyal Peterman, of Columbus, Ohio, for $3.3 million. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,115 square feet of living area. It  sold for $750,000 in 1990.

Lido C

Anglee Reichheld, trustee, sold the home at 474 Bowdoin Circle to Mark and Mary Finn, of Towson, Maryland, for $3.1 million. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,473 square feet of living area. It  sold for $275,000 in 2001.

Grand Bay

Geraldine George, trustee, and James George, of Akron, Ohio, sold the Unit 381 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Joseph Gibbs, of Windermere, for $2 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.45 million in 2014.

Inn on the Beach

LCP Longboat LLC sold the Unit 2601 condominium at 210 Sands Point Road to Owen and Deborah Suter, of Richmond, Virginia, for $1.75 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,225,000 in 2017.

Marina Bay

Lynn Walters, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 223 condominium at 2450 Harbourside Drive to Steven and Deborah Grob, of Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, for $1,495,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,830 square feet of living area. It  sold for $527,000 in 1990.

Longboat Shores Revised

Didier Gorbaty, of France, sold the home at 610 Longview Drive to Green Heron Developments LLP for $1 million. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,847 square feet of living area. It  sold for $280,000 in 2010.

Longbeach

Fixin Florida Inc. sold the home at 651 Linley St. to Morgan and Sara James, of Longboat Key, for $899,000. Built in 1937, it has one bedroom, one bath and 630 square feet of living area. It  sold for $275,000 in 2020.

Country Club Shores

James Michael Boozer, trustee, sold the home at 525 Spinnaker Lane to Michael Kniepman, trustee, of St. Louis, for $800,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,977 square feet of living area. It  sold for $269,000 in 1989.

Windward Bay

Judith Genova, of Sarasota, sold the Unit PH-6 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jonell Hopeck, of Longboat Key, for $580,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It  sold for $400,000 in 2014.

Daniel Jones and Sandy Smith Jones, of Newburgh, Indiana, sold their Unit 303 condominium at 4900 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sinead Whelan, of Forest Hills, New York, for $569,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,096 square feet of living area.

Peter Burbank, of Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom, sold his Unit G6-208A condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Randall and Deborah Tobias, of Carmel, Indiana, for $550,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It  sold for $258,000 in 2012.

Linda Noble and Linda Butera-Noble and Patricia Butera-Crispino, Co-Personal Representatives, of Lincoln, Rhode Island, sold the Unit 113 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to SPE #103 LLC for $423,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet of living area. It  sold for $25,000 in 1987.
