A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alok Sharma and Alisa Behne, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3500 Bayou Louise Lane to Jerald and Kathleen Anne Kamiel, of Alpine, N.J., for $8.05 million. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,656 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.25 million in 2003.

SARASOTA

The Jewel

Steven and Barbara Garfinkle, trustees, of Boston, sold the Unit 802 condominium at 1301 Main St. to Scott and Rebecca Seger, of Jasper, Ind., for $2.3 million. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,129 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,635,000 in 2016.

Riverwood Park

P&H Scaffolding Designs Corp. sold two properties at 4805 Riverwood Ave. to Joseph and Maria Crouch, of Los Angeles, for $2.05 million. The first property was built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,473 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1979, it has one bedroom, one bath and 850 square feet of living area. They sold for $1 million in 2012.

Guenther Edelsbacher and Elke Hermine Edelsbacher sold their home at 7158 Captain Kidd Ave. to Michael McAlpine, of Sarasota, for $2,026,400. Built in 1955, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,870 square feet of living area. It sold for $790,000 in 2000.
