Westway Drive home sells for $5.8 million

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Donn Winokur and Eileen O’Donnell-Winokur, of Spring Lake, N.J., sold their home at 1355 Westway Drive to Richard Craig Bezozo and Melinda Vanderbilt Bezozo, of Warren, N.J., for $5.8 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five-and-three-half baths, a pool and 6,326 square feet of living area. It  sold for $4 million in 2012.

John Ringling Estates

Timothy John Watkins and Tina Rene Watkins, of Greenwood, Ind., sold their home at 431 S. Washington Drive to Gregory and Cynthia Masingill, of Sarasota, for $3,035,300. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,062 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2.1 million in 2015.

Windward Venture Partners LLC sold the Unit 706 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Cathy Convery, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2.3 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,017 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,829,000 in 2013.

Park Residences of Lido Key

Richard Machnicki, of Sarasota, sold his Unit W301 condominium at 129 Taft Drive to Jeffrey and Christine Panka, of Sarasota, for $2.02 million. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,228 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,885,000 in 2019.

Harbour Court

Carla Wise and Deborah Leschot, trustees, of Zionsville, Ind., sold the home at 2272 Harbour Court Drive to Nicholas and Lynne Giordano, of Longboat Key, for $1,915,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,978 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.05 million in 2016.

D. Michael Travis and Laura Ann Travis, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 450 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to Molly Dutton, trustee, of Columbus, Ohio, for $1,825,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 2,819 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,044,000 in 2015.

Michelle Mitchell, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 242 Robin Drive to Peter Kent Rogal, of Danvers, Mass., for $1,249,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,498 square feet of living area. It  sold for $795,000 in 2015.

Donald Marshall sold his Unit 411 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to Jeffrey David Fisher, of Longboat Key, for $1.59 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.65 million in 2007.

Thomas and Robin Murphy, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 352 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Barry Karafin, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $979,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It  sold for $989,000 in 2019.

3070 Grand Bay LLC sold the Unit 632 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Stephen and Judy Levine, of W. Orange, N.J., for $572,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It  sold for $530,000 in 2013.

Keith and K.A. Preston and Carla Robyn Preston sold their home at 3530 Mistletoe Lane to Daniel and Lesley Rife, of Longboat Key, for $1,475,000.  Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two full baths and a half-bath and 3,102 square feet of living area. It sold for $477,700 in 1991.

James Cushman II, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 691 Old Compass Road to Michael Peter Harris Murphy and Kerry Jean Murphy, of Westfield, N.J., for $1,295,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area. It  sold for $895,000 in 2017.
