Washington Drive to Robert and Rose Kelly, of Sarasota, for $4.2 million. Built in 1951, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,366 square feet of living area. It sold for $2 million in 2011.

Cathy Convery, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8 Winslow Place to James and Allison Knight, of Wadsworth, Ohio, for $3,025,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,169 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.2 million in 2015.

Douglas and Kimberly Barber sold their home at 3580 Fair Oaks Lane to Karl Douglas Romine and Helene Cohen Romine, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $2,575,000. Built in 1998, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,167 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,785,000 in 2012.
