Ringling Estates home sells for $4.2 million

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. ES&P Ltd. Partnership sold the home at 260 N. Washington Drive to Robert and Rose Kelly, of Sarasota, for $4.2 million. Built in 1951, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,366 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2 million in 2011.

Buttonwood Harbor

Cathy Convery, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8 Winslow Place to James and Allison Knight, of Wadsworth, Ohio, for $3,025,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,169 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2.2 million in 2015.

Queens Harbour

Douglas and Kimberly Barber sold their home at 3580 Fair Oaks Lane to Karl Douglas Romine and Helene Cohen Romine, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $2,575,000. Built in 1998, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,167 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,785,000 in 2012.

Bay Isles

Thomas and Dolores Diener, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 541 Harbor Point Road to Dominic and Elizabeth Zaccone, of Longboat Key, for $2.49 million. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,852 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.65 million in 2011.

Ballyhoo Properties LLC sold the home at 3390 Bayou Sound to Nellie Andriyanova, of Warners, N.Y., for $805,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,925 square feet of living area. It  sold for $725,000 in 2006.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Douglas and Denise Burnetti sold their Unit K-405 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Jane Pomeroy, of Lebanon, Tenn., for $2.25 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2.1 million in 2019.

Karen and Robert Finnigan sold their home at 532 N. Spoonbill Drive to Thomas and Rene’e West, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., for $2.24 million. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,771 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.11 million in 2002.

Robert and Elizabeth Bitterman, of Harbor Springs, Mich., sold their home at 121 S. Warbler Lane to Mark Smith and Carol Smith, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,919,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,424 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.46 million in 2014.

Camila Lippe and Mark Goldberg, trustees, of Woodbury, N.Y., sold the Unit 2807 condominium at 210 Sands Point Road to Water’s Edge 2807 LLC for $1.95 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,644 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,077,000 in 2014.

Wilma Newcombe Eden, trustee, of Edina, Minn., sold the Unit 4607 condominium at 240 Sands Point Road to Star Leaf LLC for $1,732,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,115,000 in 2008.

Donna and Elizabeth Nathan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 343 S. Polk Drive to David and Nancy Wood, of Sarasota, for $1.9 million. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,930 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.35 million in 2014.

Gregg Alan Kaplan, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2282 Harbour Court Drive to David Darrin, trustee, of Bolton Landing, N.Y., for $1,899,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,252 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,325,000 in 2018.

Thomas and Susan Coyne, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3452 Mistletoe Lane to Francis Joseph Toomey and Kay Ellen Kochenderfer, of Longboat Key, for $1.35 million. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,810 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.15 million in 2004.

Verna Finneseth, of Burnsville, Minn., sold the Unit 26 condominium at 3451 Winding Oaks Drive to John and Donna Guido, of W. Warwick, R.I., for $805,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,555 square feet of living area. It  sold for $305,000 in 1991.

Steven Field, of Swampscott, Mass., and Joyce Pastor, of Weston, Mass., sold their Unit 72 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Christine Lynch and Ethna Mary Lynch, of Sarasota, for $735,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It  sold for $75,000 in 1975.

Marilyn Blair, of New Brunswick, Canadas, sold her Unit B-201 condominium at 3240 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Brady McGinn and Kevin James McGinn, of Pewaukee, Wis., for $485,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,519 square feet of living area. It  sold for $352,500 in 2020.

Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,306 square feet of living area. It  sold for $370,000 in 2020.

Djordje Pavlica, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold his Unit 4-A condominium at 131 Garfield Drive to Jeffrey Thomas Marchand and Cheryl Allison Marchand, of Quebec, Canada, for $458,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It  sold for $143,500 in 1996.

John Mulligan, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 46 condominium at 869 Spanish Drive N. to Mark Lawrence Kammert and Janet Phillips Shaffer, of Sewickley, Pa., for $434,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,355 square feet of living area. It  sold for $220,500 in 2020.

William and Elizabeth Burns, trustees, of Lafayette, Ind., sold the Unit S-2 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to SPE #224 LLC for $335,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It  sold for $160,000 in 2007.

George Moorhead and Jacqueline Bonney, of Barnegat, N.J., sold their Unit 27 condominium at 763 John Ringling Blvd. to Hilsabeck Properties LLC for $315,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It  sold for $242,500 in 2020.
