Concession home tops Lakewood Ranch area real estate sales at $4.25 million

A home in Concession topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeff and Leigh Kints, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8439 Lindrick Lane to Charles and Beth Ann Riggs, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, for $4.25 million. Built in 2015, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,082 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.15 million in 2019.

Concession

John Cannon Homes Inc. sold the home at 8420 Lindrick Lane to Michael Hess, of Victor, New York, for $3,495,000. Built in 2020, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,768 square feet of living area.
