 A two-property sale on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Shannon Connors, trustee, and Daniel Connors sold two properties at 1900 Casey Key Road to Scott and Meredith Hermann, of Nokomis, for $16.5 million. The first property was built in 2018, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,439 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2018, it has, one bath and 735 square feet of living area.
