A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gary Weisberg, of Sarasota, sold the home at 276 N. Washington Drive to Mark and Mary Finn, of Towson, Maryland, for $6.2 million. Built in 1949, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,526 square feet of living area.

The Beach Residences

Lorenzo Romano II and John Lolio Jr., trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 606 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Philip and Barbara Sellinger, of Morristown, New Jersey, for $2.6 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,017 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1,525,000 in 2005.

Harvey and Cheryl Adams, of Tampa, sold their Unit 308 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Charles and Faine Smith, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 2,259 square feet of living area. It   sold for $1.4 million in 2006.

Main Street Rentals LLC sold the home at 3315 Sabal Cove Drive to Beatur LLC for $2,225,000. Built 2012, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,780 square feet of living area.

Rex and Anne Wetherill, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3384 Bayou Lane to Michael Hullin Hayman and Marina Stefanie Granich-Hayman, of Longboat Key, for $1,711,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,894 square feet of living area. It   sold for $870,000 in 2017.

Lido at Garfield Investments LLC sold the home at 217 Garfield Drive to 217 Garfield Dr LLC for $1,695,00. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, five baths and 2,041 square feet of living area. It   sold for $842,000 in 2017.

Sara Fields and Robert Thomson, trustees, of Denver, sold the Unit 8-A condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas Desloge and Terrie Desloge, trustees, of Chesterfield, Missouri, for $1.53 million. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It   sold for $712,500 in 2013.

Seth and Kathleen McGowan, of Englewood, New Jersey, sold their home at 636 Dream Island Road to OSG Coastal LLC for $1,151,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,624 square feet of living area. It   sold for $525,000 in 2009.

Tobias and Cynthia Gibson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 410 Garfield Drive to 410 Garfield DR LLC for $1,475,000. Built in 1937, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,722 square feet of living area. It sold for $610,000 in 2013.

Bird Key

Lido Acquisitions LLC sold the home at 518 Bird Key Drive to Richard Ware II, trustee, of Amarillo, Texas, for $1.45 million. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,861 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,175,000 in September.

MJMR Holdings Inc. sold the home at 562 Juan Anasco Drive to Karen and Matthew Denton, of Longboat Key, for $950,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,571 square feet of living area. It   sold for $585,000 in May.

Chad and Dana Gidel, of Ames, Iowa, sold their Unit 1404 condominium at 1928 Harbourside Drive to Fairway Bay 1404 LLC for $910,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet of living area. It   sold for $580,000 in 2019.

Kelli Turner, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold the Unit 501 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bradley Gene Murray and Melissa Ann Murray, of Lakeland, for $885,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It   sold for $460,000 in 2014.
