Country Club Shores home sells for $2.2 million

Home at 513 Yawl Lane was the top seller on Longboat Key, Lido Key and Bird Key for the week of Aug. 23-27.

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Clyde Thomas, of Scarborough, Maine, sold his home at 513 Yawl Lane to Raymond and Lisa Halbert, of Longboat Key, for $2.2 million. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,346 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.2 million in 2020.

Inn on the Beach

Equity Properties Ltd. sold the home at 200 Sands Point Road to Residential Tech LLC for $1,679,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.02 million in 2018.

The Beach Residences

William and Ana Muller, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, sold their Unit 307 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard Katz and Kathleen Katz, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,365,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 2,197 square feet of living area. It  sold for $785,000 in 2013.

Jeannie and Lawrence Minardi, of Charleston, West Virginia, sold their Unit S-803 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Arlene Celotto Thorne, of Silver Spring, Maryland, for $1,242,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It  sold for $900,000 in 2019.

Jewfish Key

Rony Rodriguez, of Wesley Chapel, sold his home at 7140 La Lenaire Drive to Halcyon Shores LLC for $1.25 million. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,378 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.05 million in 2017.

Lido C

Hara and Agapi LLC sold the home at 1160 Morningside Place to JR Funding Group LLC for $1 million. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,346 square feet of living area.

Companion Way

Jacqueline and Noly Sarmiento, trustees, of Port Charlotte, sold the home at 642 Companion Way to Geoffrey and Pamela Fout, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $625,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,596 square feet of living area. It  sold for $58,900 in 1979.

Pamela Banks and Carol Banks, of Ridgefield, Connecticut, sold their Unit F-301 condominium at 3810 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gregory John Wickelhaus and Suzanne Noelle Wickelhaus, of Covington, Kentucky, for $570,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,133 square feet of living area. It  sold for $335,000 in 2003.

Spanish Main Yacht Club

Ralph and Louise Monaco, of Bel Air, Maryland, sold their Unit 1 condominium at 509 Spanish Drive N. to Sean Cox, trustee, of Brandon, for $395,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It  sold for $220,000 in 2013.

Sutton Place

Shawn Spiezio, of Kodak, Tennessee, sold his Unit T-25 condominium at 577 Sutton Place to Mayra Rodriguez, of Altamonte Springs, for $335,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet of living area. It  sold for $240,000 in 2017.
