A home in Siesta Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.Theodore Ritter and Harma Nijhof, trustees, of Green Cove Spring, sold the home at 1031 Contento St. to Dale and Sara Linnes, of Eastsound, Washington, for $1,565,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,853 square feet of living area. It  sold for $530,000 in 2012.

Oyster Bay Estates

Christine Chwallek and Creig Beaghler sold their home at 1625 Field Road to John and Rebecca English, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,539 square feet of living area. It  sold for $400,000 in 2012.

Circum LLC sold two properties at 2297 Arlington St. to Amy Danette Cowley and Cherry Lynne Williams, of Sarasota, for $600,000. The second property was built in 1985, it has one bedroom, one bath and 621 square feet of living area. It  sold for $275,000 in 2019.
