A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charlotte Bimba, of Sarasota, sold her home at 582 S. Spoonbill Drive to Barry Cohen, trustee, of Sarasota, for $6.5 million. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,361 square feet of living area.
Bernard and Susan Ouimette, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 530 Harbor Gate Way to Robert and Ella Cohen, of Longboat Key, for $5,025,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,011 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.5 million in 2016.
