Casey Key waterfront estate sells for $9.25 million

The property at 1588 N. Casey Key Road was the top seller in the Sarasota, Palmer Ranch, Siesta Key, Casey Key and Nokomis areas for the week of Aug. 30-Sept. 3.

A multiple-property sale in Palmers tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Raymond and Jeanne Conrad sold two properties at 1588 N. Casey Key Road to 1588 North Casey Key LLC for $9.25 million. The first property was built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,321 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,416 square feet of living area. They  sold for $9.9 million in 2009.

SARASOTA

Sansara

Matthew Kihnke, trustee, and Merissa Kihnke, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 901 condominium at 300 S. Pineapple Ave. to Charlotte Bimba, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2.35 million. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,702 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.6 million in 2018.

Grove Heights

TCMAX LLC sold the home at 1924 Grove St. to Grove Time LLC for $2.25 million. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,607 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,502,000 in June.

The Tower Residences

Wendell Anderson and Jennifer Anderson, trustees, of Los Angeles, sold the Unit 606 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Jeffrey and Lisa Silvershein, of New York City, for $1,725,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,799 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,025,000 in 2003.

La Linda Terrace

Courtyard Modern Builders LLC and Tedco Florida LLC sold the home at 2261 Hyde Park St. to Patrick Doyle and Karen Oleyar, of Pittsburg, for $1,255,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,026 square feet of living area. It  sold for $255,000 in March.

Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 826 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Richard and Joan Bernhard, of Sarasota, for $960,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It  sold for $675,000 in 2011.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 809 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Burton and Elaine Herman, of Sarasota, for $913,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It  sold for $633,000 in 2013.
