SRQ Home Holdings LLC sold the home at 374 Bobwhite Drive to MAV Ventures LLC for $3.8 million. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,409 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,875,000 in 2021.
Nancy Jenkins, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 629 Kingfisher Lane to Crispin Noel Cabatingan Francisco and Ma. Fatima De Vera Francisco, trustees, of Montgomery, Ohio, for $2.3 million. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 1995.
