Joel Edward Putterman, of Atlanta, and Lawrence Elliot Putterman, of Southport, Connecticut, sold their home at 220 Morningside Drive to Howard and Susan Levine, of Sarasota, for $4.6 million. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,040 square feet of living area.
John Scott Jones and Nancy Ann Jones, of Crozet, Virginia, sold their home at 113 Fillmore Drive to Enomena LLC and 18-26 George St LLC for $3,275,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,008 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.7 million in 2010.
