A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paula Wilhoit, of Springfield, Missouri, sold the Unit 246 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Ronald and Ayana Machen, of Silver Spring, Maryland, for $3 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.65 million in 2017.
Patrick Kelly, of Columbus, Ohio, sold his home at 643 Owl Way to Elizabeth Reilly, of Sarasota, for $1,972,500. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,942 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,599,900 in 2021.
Cheryl Ann Zanetti, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 640 N. Owl Drive to Dennis Smith, of Sarasota, for $1.8 million. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,204 square feet of living area. It sold for $315,000 in 1996.
Hardot Corp. sold the Unit 408 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 1485 Longboat Holdings Ltd. Partnership for $1,081,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,756 square feet of living area.
Caroline and Jeffrey Schneider, of Harrison, New York, sold their Unit 750 condominium at 750 Bayport Way to Patrick and Beth Ann Schipani, of Moon Township, Pennsylvania, for $850,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in 2021.
Cynthia Sullivan, trustee, of Cos Cob, Connecticut, sold the Unit 102 condominium at 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stephen and Nina Todd, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, for $795,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It sold for $205,000 in 1997.
Kenneth David Elgena and Heather Elgena, of Thompson, Pennsylvania, sold their Unit G2-204D condominium at to Alexander and Sheila Pozantidis, of E. Amherst, New York, for $700,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It sold for $440,000 in 2019.
Robert and Dominica Winter, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4410 Exeter Drive to Michael David and Angela Antonelli, of Great Falls, Virginia, for $640,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,168 square feet of living area. It sold for $154,500 in 1999.
Christopher and Kathryn Deariso, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 600 Sutton Place to Richard Charles Marquardt Jr. and Tiffany Lynn Grandominico, of Westerville, Ohio, for $460,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 812 square feet of living area. It sold for $323,000 in 2021.
